• ·Location Data (Optional): To suggest nearby venues, collected only when location services are enabled.

• ·Facilitate bookings and identity verification via SMS OTP.
• ·Manage and update player statistics and sports profiles.
• ·Send booking confirmations and important alerts via WhatsApp or SMS.
• ·Improve user experience and develop platform features based on usage patterns.
• ·Prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

4Third-Party Data Sharing

• ·Venue Owners: We share your name, phone number, and booking time with the venue to facilitate your session.
• ·Service Providers: Technical partners for SMS/OTP delivery and payment gateways (we do not store credit card details).
• ·Legal Authorities: Required only when there is a formal legal request in accordance with Omani regulations.

5Data Security & Retention

• ·We use advanced encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmission.
• ·Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not visible to our staff.
• ·We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days.

The Omani PDPL grants you the following rights:
